Description
A refreshingly tangy and surprisingly addictive drink that combines classic lemonade with a splash of pickle brine. Perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, or anytime you want to try something new and bold!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup dill pickle brine
- 3–4 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices, pickle spears, or fresh dill (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Pour the lemon juice and sugar (or honey) into a large pitcher. Stir until mostly dissolved.
- Add the pickle brine and cold water. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or tang as you like—add more sugar for sweetness or more brine for a bolder flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice. Pour in the pickle lemonade and garnish with lemon slices, a pickle spear, or dill if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lower-sugar version, use your favorite sugar substitute or skip sweetener for extra tang.
- Try spicy pickle brine or add sliced jalapeños for a kick.
- Use sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2–3 days for the freshest flavor.
