Description

A refreshingly tangy and surprisingly addictive drink that combines classic lemonade with a splash of pickle brine. Perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, or anytime you want to try something new and bold!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle brine
  • 34 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, pickle spears, or fresh dill (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the lemon juice and sugar (or honey) into a large pitcher. Stir until mostly dissolved.
  2. Add the pickle brine and cold water. Stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tang as you like—add more sugar for sweetness or more brine for a bolder flavor.
  4. Fill glasses with ice. Pour in the pickle lemonade and garnish with lemon slices, a pickle spear, or dill if desired.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lower-sugar version, use your favorite sugar substitute or skip sweetener for extra tang.
  • Try spicy pickle brine or add sliced jalapeños for a kick.
  • Use sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2–3 days for the freshest flavor.
