These No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are creamy, chocolatey little bites made with peanut butter and cream cheese—an easy no-oven dessert that’s perfect for parties, snack cravings, or make-ahead treats.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for coating or drizzle)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until thick and creamy.
3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
4. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes, until firm enough to roll.
5. Scoop and roll into 12 balls (about 1 inch each). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate.
7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, until the coating sets, then serve chilled.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese and let it soften before mixing.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before serving.
Variations: Roll in crushed peanuts, cocoa powder, or cookie crumbs instead of chocolate.
