Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are creamy, chocolatey little bites made with peanut butter and cream cheese—an easy no-oven dessert that’s perfect for parties, snack cravings, or make-ahead treats.


Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz (1 cup) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for coating or drizzle)


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until thick and creamy.

3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
