Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (or wonton wrappers/crescent dough)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or diced cooked sausage)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or egg wash (for brushing)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Flour (for rolling out dough)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into 3- to 4-inch squares or circles.

  3. Spoon about ½ teaspoon of sauce, cheese, and toppings into the center of each square.

  4. Fold over and seal the edges using a fork or by pinching. Poke a small hole in the top with a toothpick to release steam.

  5. Place on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Lightly brush with olive oil or egg wash.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or air fry for 7–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

  7. Let cool slightly, then serve with dipping sauces.
