Description

These no-bake coconut balls are the ultimate quick-and-easy sweet treat. Made with just a few ingredients and no oven required, they’re perfect for meal prep, festive gifting, or a guilt-free snack on the go. Vegan-friendly and endlessly customizable

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (or vegan condensed milk alternative)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for texture)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and coconut oil. Mix until fully combined.

  2. Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes in the refrigerator to firm up.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.

  4. (Optional) Melt chocolate chips and dip the coconut balls halfway or fully. Let excess drip off.

  5. Place rolled balls on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for another 15 minutes until set.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use vegan condensed milk and dairy-free chocolate.

  • Add-ins like chia seeds, protein powder, or orange zest can create delicious variations.

  • If the mixture is too sticky, add more shredded coconut. Too dry? Add a touch more condensed milk or coconut oil.
