This lemon ginger honey syrup is a simple homemade syrup made with fresh lemon, ginger, and honey. It’s smooth, bright, gently warming, and perfect for stirring into tea, drizzling over breakfast, or using as a natural sweetener in drinks and desserts.
Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup fresh ginger, thinly sliced or grated

Instructions
No-Boil Method (Recommended)

Add the sliced ginger and fresh lemon juice to a clean glass jar or bowl.

Pour in the honey and stir well until fully combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Strain if desired, then store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
Optional Simmered Method

Simmer ginger and lemon juice over low heat for 10–15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Stir in honey until dissolved.

Strain and transfer to a clean jar.
