Description

Cheesy, garlicky, and perfectly golden, these garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, then wrapped in soft dough. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and perfect for parties, snacks, or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (or pizza/biscuit dough)

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Optional fillings: pickles, diced onions, cooked bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Add salt, pepper, and half the garlic. Drain fat and let cool.

  3. Assemble: Unroll dough and cut into 8 squares. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese in each, add any optional fillings. Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal.

  4. Butter & Top: Mix melted butter with remaining garlic. Brush bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan.

  5. Bake: Arrange bombs on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 14–18 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley. Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Air Fryer Method: Cook at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

  • Make Ahead: Assemble bombs and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.

  • Freezer Tip: Freeze assembled, unbaked bombs on a tray, then store in a bag. Bake from frozen, adding 3–5 extra minutes.

  • Cheese Options: Try provolone, American, or pepper jack for a twist.

  • Gluten-Free: Substitute with gluten-free dough.
