Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 smaller pieces)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Evenly distribute the broccoli florets over the chicken.

In a medium bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chicken and broccoli.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sauce.
