Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup diced green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips (or veggie sticks), for serving
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and nicely browned.
2. Drain excess fat, then lower the heat to medium-low.
3. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
4. Stir in the cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring often, until the dip is hot, creamy, and evenly combined.
6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
