  • Optional: light oil spray (only for very lean kielbasa)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  2. Prep the kielbasa:

    • Slice into ½-inch coins for crispier edges, or leave whole for a juicier result.

  3. Arrange the kielbasa in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.

  4. Air fry:

    • Sliced kielbasa: 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway

    • Whole kielbasa: 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway

  5. Optional glaze: Brush with sauce during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.

  6. Remove when browned and sizzling. Rest for 1–2 minutes, then serve.
